Jo has a track record of engaging in bold and innovative design, including program and policy design, spatial design, product design, manufacturing (JOMO steel) and co-design.  For ten years she has exhibited artists and designers on her 'Art Meets Nature' site, biophiliarts.com. She has held senior management and consultancy roles in the creative industries; business, government and the non-profit sector spanning Creative Industry, Education, Media and Communications, Tourism, Regional Health, Food and Fibre. Her advocacy work in recent years has emerged from a collective (Sanctuary E.G co-design lab Inc.) founded by Jo in East Gippsland. It was formed to promote cultural and creative industry potential in regional economies, to strengthen regional identity and address structural, policy and connectivity issues.
